Day 6: Armadillo Christmas Bazaar with The Point

The Point are quickly becoming one of the most talked about bands in Austin. Their sound is wildly unique, fusing rhythmic Saharan guitar with cumbia. If you’re familiar with the music of Nigerian funk keyboardist William Onyeabor, you’ll be surprised to hear some of that same magic come to life in this band that could only have formed and thrived in Austin.
